Wanna stay fit and healthy? Here are some tips of what kind of exercises you need to have a fit and healthy body.

Jogging - Jogging is one great way to get some exercise, build some muscle and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. You have to be careful though, because jogging without the proper form can easily cause you to get injured. Even if you jog correctly, you should start any exercise regime slowly and give your body time to adapt to new levels of exercise.

Swimming -  Swimming is a lifetime sport that benefits the body and the whole person. It is also a healthy activity that can be continued for a lifetime. Health benefits swimming offers is that it works practically all of the muscles in the body (if you do a variety of strokes). Swimming can develop  general strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Cycling  - Cycling can result a number of positives that are all very good for the body. One of it is that, it can improve your immune system  become stronger. Help you loose fat and calories by increasing the heart rate which may also let you achieve your weight loss goals.  Where you need no special trainings! 

Mountain Biking – Mountain biking is a great way to develop muscle and burn fat. As both the large (quadriceps and hamstring) and small (calf) muscles of the legs work, they become stronger and more developed. The beauty of developing more muscle is that it not only makes the body look leaner and stronger, but it raises the resting metabolic rate. The higher your resting metabolic rate, the more calories you burn even at rest. 

Treadmill – Treadmills give you workout options such as walking, jogging, running, and even simulated hill climbing. Where as you can workout indoor. treadmills offers you convinience of your time and money. It also gives specific benifits to your lungs, muscles, and overall conditions of your body.

Weights – Weight lifting can help you have stronger muscles which can improve your posture and help keep your body in balance. It also helps you tone, lift, firm and shape your body. Weight training your lean body mass and also increase your metabolism.
